A grant application form was available at a public office to be filled out digitally, but it was submitted by mailing a data carrier containing the completed form or by printing it and mailing it in.

Business Solution

In order to make the submission, review and approval of grant applications more efficient, they should be processed through a modern web interface that is accessible to both applicants and public service processors.

Technical Solution

Using RPA to partially automate the approval process and manage access, a multi-step web forms platform was developed to allow access for specific individuals based on the step in the process.
