Business Problem

The customer must pass an audit annually. This was not taken into consideration while planning the already implemented software. The customer accessed the database directly using SQL queries developed in-house. A reporting function that collected metrics and generated an audit report was missing.

Business Solution

We conceptualized and developed an audit report feature, allowing the client to generate an audit report for the annual audit.

Technical Solution

Together with the client, we created a report structure and created a function that collects the required information when entering start and end times, and transfers it to the proposed PDF export layout in summarised form.
